Garrison and Zack run their business with Integrity and professionalism. It was refreshing to deal with a contractor who wasn't trying to nickel & dime you or set you up for change orders. They gave a detailed quote and followed through on the statement of work. During the job, they found an unforeseen problem and worked with me to solve it in an honest, efficient manner at a more than fair price. They returned after a strong rain to check for leaks and to make sure there were no new issues.
I highly recommend RainTight Roofing & Construction and will be calling them again in the future.

I'm very pleased with the work performed by RainTight Roofing. I hired them to remove and replace a three-layer roof on my 100+ year old home, and they did a tremendous job.

I requested an inspection with Garrison, and he worked with me from the very beginning all the way through the completion of my new roof. He was very communicative and made sure to stay in contact with me by phone, text, or email - whatever I needed. I was made aware of all necessary licenses and certifications, so I felt safe trusting them to perform the work. Garrison even managed all the details of my payment, which was made through an escrow account, so I really had nothing to do! It was perfect!

When the crew came out, they were also terrific. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and polite, and they did their best not to deserve me or my neighbors. Even though roof installation can be quite noisy, I was still quite comfortable working from home. Even my dogs remained placid throughout! Work unexpectedly spilled over into a second day, but it turned out to be no trouble to me at all. After the work was complete, all excess materials were removed, and my yard was magnetized to make sure it was free of nails - and safe for my dogs to romp around in!

The icing on the cake is the roof's 50-year warranty! Hopefully I will never need it, but I'm very glad to know that it exists just in case. Overall, I am very pleased with RainTight's craftmanship and ease of service, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for roofing services in the greater Mobile area.

I have know Zac (the owner) for many years and he has help me greatly on many projects including painting.
He's polite and a pleasure to speak to along with being very knowledgeable about his industry. I've met contractors twice his age but with half of Zac's IQ and creativity.
I'd recommend him and definitely use his services again.

It took a while to get the shingles delivered, but it's not their fault. I understand it's hard to get truck drivers these days. The day after they were delivered, they got over here early and worked their tails off. They installed a beautiful 50 year roof. I'm more than happy with the end result. I also love the fact that they deal with the insurance for you to make sure you get what you need.
